Educational Qualification:
B.Sc. Nursing passed from any nursing college/ institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council and have registered with the Assam Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Council.
Pay Scale: Rs.14,000/- to Rs.60,500/- with Grade Pay of Rs.8,700/-

Educational Qualification:
HSSLC (Sc.) or equivalent with Diploma in ICU Technician course from Govt, recognized institute.
Pay Scale: Rs.14,000/- to Rs.60,500/- with Grade Pay of Rs.6,200/-
Note: Reservation of posts for woman candidate and Person with Disability (Divyang) candidates will be as per prevailing Govt. rules.
Important Dates:
- Starting date of online application: 30th June 2020
- Last date of online application : 15th July 2020 till midnight
Age Limit: (18 years – 38 years) as on 01.01.2020.

Required Documents for Online Application
At the time of document verification the following documents in original and photocopies of all certificates to be produced.
- Two copies of passport size colour photograph which is uploaded at the time of online application form submission.
- HSLC admit card or Class VIII pass certificate or Birth certificate for age proof.

- Caste certificate (where applicable).

- Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate (where applicable).
- Proof of Permanent resident of Assam.
